Under contract with the Department of Homeland Security, the airline operates out of locations such as Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (ICAO KBRO) ferrying people out of the USA. The aircraft depart KBRO under the callsign Repatriate and a flight number. Deportations are still occurring as of June 2016.
