This specific aircraft has survived two major, officially investigated incidents at London Heathrow: Jan 2, 2022: Suffered a severe landing tailstrike during a low-altitude go-around on arrival from Dubai. The impact breached the lower fuselage skin, but the plane landed safely with zero injuries. Apr 6, 2024: While parked and boarding passengers, its tail stabilizer was struck and heavily damaged by a towed Virgin Atlantic Boeing 787 turning too early without wing walkers.
