Yes, I've seen a picture of a Q400NG in the colours of AirBaltic with the reg. YL-BAF. Nice bird, indeed!:-)
Wondering - where? I have so far seen only ones with one of the plane not completed yet. Googled somewhat but to no avail.
I've seen an picture in an norwegian aviation forum, I guess the picture came from an blog written by a swedish guy who is a F-50 pilot in Air Baltic. He had borrowed it from somewhere, I don't know where.
there's an AB pilot blog? I would love to know the URL for that one!
