| This guy is PNF! But still it is prohibited to keep hands on the glaresheet. Probably it is a Captain and he decided that due to his authority it is possible to do whatever he wants! |

| For pilot monitoring it is not prohibited to keep hands on the glareshield (unless your specific company tells otherwise). It is the pilot flying who has to keep hands on the controls, but from this picture we cannot tell who is who. Also his hand is nowhere near glareshield, this is looks like a typical case of sun visor becoming loose and flying into your face after rotation |
